About us

A tax practice built for how Pakistan earns now

Freelancing, remote contracts and foreign remittances did not exist in the shape they do today when most local tax practices were set up. We built ours around them.

Al-Haq Consultants helps individuals and small businesses in Pakistan meet their obligations to the Federal Board of Revenue without the usual guesswork — registration, annual returns, wealth statements, and the notices that sometimes follow.

A large share of our clients are freelancers paid by overseas clients. That income needs to be declared and treated correctly, and getting it wrong is expensive in both directions: pay tax you did not owe, or face a notice for tax you did.

We work on fixed, published fees. You know the cost before we start, and the fee does not change because a return turned out to take longer than we estimated.

What we do, in short

  • FBR registration and NTN issuance
  • IRIS account recovery for lost login details
  • Annual income tax returns and wealth statements
  • Review of returns filed elsewhere
  • Notice responses and audit representation
  • Sales tax registration and monthly returns
  • Company registration and SECP compliance

How we work

Four things we hold to

Fees you can see

Our whole schedule is published on this site. You will never get a quote that depends on how well-off you look.

Plain language

Tax law is complicated; explaining it badly is a choice. We tell you what applies to you in words you can act on.

Filed early, not on deadline

We aim to file well before 30 September rather than betting on an FBR extension that may not come.

Your data stays yours

Credentials and documents are used only for the work you engaged us for, and never shared with third parties.

Process

What working with us looks like

  1. 01

    Get in touch

Message us on WhatsApp or send the contact form. Tell us your situation — freelancer, salaried, business — and whether you have filed before.

  2. 02

    Send your documents

We send you a short checklist. Usually it's your CNIC, bank statements, and remittance advices — nothing you don't already have.

  3. 03

    We prepare, you review

We prepare your return and send you a draft summary to check. Nothing is submitted to the FBR until you have seen it and approved it.

  4. 04

    Filed and confirmed

Once you approve, we file with the FBR and send you the acknowledgement plus your ATL status confirmation.
